60 DAY FREE TRIAL RETURN POLICY:

Return Policy – If for any reason, within a 30 day grace period, from the time you purchase/install your system, you are not completely satisfied with the system we will fully refund the purchase price. No Questions Asked! The only thing you would be responsible for would be for the shipping or dropping off of your system back to us or the dealer you purchased it from. The system must be in good shape and not damaged, either by you or the shipper. Any repair cost will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

The titanium chamber and the control box come with a 5 year prorated warranty. The first two years, ( starts from the time the system is sold to you ) we will replace or repair the system at no cost to you other than your shipping cost to us. The third year we will repair the system and you would owe for 25% of the cost. the fourth year you would owe for 50% of the cost and the fifth year you would owe for 75% of the cost.
Green Smart will not be responsible for its product  through improper installation, pour maintenance or acts of god. Any attempt to repair the system without authorization form Green Smart and damages occur, Green Smart will not be responsible for consequential or other damages, injuries or expenses incurred through the use of this product.
